1. Scope  (적용범위)

This procedure describes the packing method for transportation of valve and components that are

produced by KanghaNet Co., Ltd..

(이 절차서는 회사에서 생산하는 밸브 및 부품의 운반용 포장 방법을 설명한다.)

2. Purpose  (목적)

The purpose of this procedure is to prevent damage and loss of the contents. And this procedure is to

keep appearances and values of product during transportation.

(이 절차서의 목적은 내용물의 손상 및 손실을 방지하는 것이고, 또한 운송 중 제품의 외관과 가치를 보호하는 것이다.)

3. General Requirement  (일반사항)

3.1  For the safe transportation, the packing method shall be water proof full closed wooden box type.

It is considered with the kind of the product, a form, a characteristic, the weather, cargo work,

transport, a safe keeping period.

(안전한 운송을 위해 포장 방법은 방수 밀폐형 박스여야 한다. 또한 제품의 종류, 형태, 특성, 날씨, 화물작업, 운송 및 안전한 보관

기간 등이 고려되어야 한다.)

3.2  It must consider the prevention of the theft, the outside shock and the inundation.

(도난 방지, 외부 충격 및 침수에 대해 고려되어야 한다.)

3.3  Conducts an appropriate rust prevention to protect a product from corrosion at long term transport

and outdoor safe keeping.

(장기간 운송 및 옥외 보관 시 부식으로부터 제품을 보호하기 위해 적절한 방청을 실시한다.)

3.4  Decides the appropriate wrapping material by the packing method that can meet each clause

mensioned above.

(위에서 언급한 각 절을 충족시킬 수 있는 포장 방법에 따라 적절한 포장재를 결정한다.)

3.5  Minimizes the cubic volume in order to retrench the freight cost.

(화물 비용의 절감을 위해 박스의 부피를 최소화한다.)

3.6  After packing, the product shall be indicated with a mark which was selected from the ones provided

for in paragraph 4.4 according to its packing type.

(포장 후, 제품은 포장 방법에 따라 4.4항에서 제공된 것들 중 선택된 마크를 표시해야 한다.)

4.1  Preparation before packing  (포장 전 준비)

4.1.1  All materials and products should be dry, clean and free from all defects prior to packing.

Protection against environment corrosion by extremes of humidity, condensation, rain, sand,

salted air and sea spray be provide. The following requirements may be considered as minimum

essential protective measures for materials and products.

(모든 자재 및 제품은 포장 전 깨끗하고 건조하며 모든 결함이 없어야 한다. 또한 습기, 응결, 비, 모래, 염분이 있는 대기

및 해수비말에 의해 야기되는 환경적 요인의 부식으로부터 보호되어져야 한다. 다음의 요구사항은 자재 및 제품에 대하여

최소한의 필수적인 보호조치로 고려될 수 있다.)

(1) After completion of hydrostatic test, all materials and products shall be completely dried out.

If the inside is not completely dry, blow it to dry completely.

(수압시험 완료 후 모든 재료 및 제품은 완전히 건조되어야 한다. 만약 내부가 완전히 건조되어있지 않을 시 바람을

불어 완전히 건조시킨다.)

(2) If required by the technical specification, anti-rust oil, rust-preventive powder, and desiccant

should be used for internal protection of the product.

(만약 기술사양서에서 요구된다면, 제품의 내부 보호를 위하여 방청유, 방청분말, 방습제가 사용되어야 한다.)

4.2  Packing  (포장)

As for selection of a packing method, an appropriate method shall be selected according to the

condition of transporation ans storage of product and when customers require another method

separately, packing method shall comply with the requirement of the customer.

(포장 방법의 선정은 제품의 운반 및 보관 조건에 따라 적절한 방법을 선택해야 하며, 고객이 별도로 다른 방법을 요구할 경우

포장 방법은 고객의 요구사항을 따라야 한다.)

4.2.1  This type applies to products that are fully protected from external shock, immersion and

moisture for at least 12 months under reasonable conditions of handling and storage.

(이 유형은 합리적인 조건의 취급 및 보관상태에서 최소 12개월 동안 외부충격, 침수, 습기로부터 완벽하게 보호되는

제품에 적용한다.)

4.2.2  The standard of the use materials are based on <Table 1>.  (사용 자재의 표준은 <표 1>로 한다.)

4.2.3  Packing Material shall be used proper on in accordance with product's size, shape, weight.

(포장 재료는 제품의 크기, 모양, 무게에 따라 적절하게 사용되어야 한다.)

4.2.4  All openings must be closed by a suitable cap or tape.

(모든 개구부는 적절한 캡 또는 테이프로 막아야 한다.)

4.2.5  Small parts shall be tagged and packed in a separate box. Any such box shall be shipped with

main equipment.

(작은 부품은 별도의 상자에 꼬리표를 달아 포장해야 하며, 주 장비와 함께 선적되어야 한다.)

4.2.6  Securely hold the product so that it does not move during transportation. Mark the outside of

the box if the center of gravity is pointing to one side.

(운반 중 제품이 움직이지 않도록 견고하게 고정시키고, 무게중심이 한쪽으로 쏠리는 경우 박스 외부에 표시를 한다.)

4.2.7  Products requiring moisture resistance should be packaged in PE-film and silica gel should

be used. Then remove the air inside and tightly seal it.

(방습이 요구되는 제품은 PE-film으로 포장하고 실리카겔을 사용해야 한다. 그리고 내부의 공기를 빼내어 단단히 밀봉한다.)

4.2.8  The top of the box should cover the tarp.  (상자의 윗면은 방수포를 덮어야 한다.)

4.2.9  The packing list must have an identifiable label on the internal product.

(패킹리스트에는 내부의 제품이 식별 가능한 표시가 되어있어야 한다.)

4.2.10  Attach a waterproof coated shipping mark to the front and back of the packing box. Then put

the packing list in the packing list box.

(박스의 앞, 뒤에 방수 코팅된 화인을 부착한다. 그리고 패킹리스트함에 패킹리스트를 넣는다.)

4.3  Packing List  (패킹리스트)

4.3.1  The packing list form uses the standard form of KanghaNet and, when requested by the customer,

uses the approved form.

(패킹리스트 양식은 회사의 표준양식을 사용하며, 고객의 요구가 있을 시 고객에게 승인된 양식을 사용한다.)

4.3.2  The packing list should include information such as product name, size, rating, and quantity so

that anyone can know the contents without opening the cover of the box.

(누구나 포장박스의 덮개를 열지 않고도 내용물을 알 수 있도록 패킹리스트에는 제품명, 크기, 등급, 수량 등의 정보가

기재되어야 한다.)

4.3.3  Pack the packing list on a waterproof vinyl and put it in the packing list box.

(패킹리스트는 방수가 가능한 비닐에 넣은 뒤 패킹리스트함에 넣는다.)

4.4  Shipping Mark  (화인)

4.4.1  Main shipping mark form uses the standard form of KanghaNet and, when requested by the

customer, uses the approved form.

(Shipping Mark는 회사의 표준양식을 사용하며, 고객의 요구가 있을 시 고객에게 승인된 양식을 사용한다.)

4.4.2  Attach a waterproof coated main shipping mark to the front and back of the packing box.

If required by the customer, use a stencil to mark the packing box.

(방수 코팅된 주화인을 포장박스의 앞, 뒤에 부착한다. 고객의 요구가 있을 경우 스탠실을 사용하여 포장박스에 마킹한다.)

4.4.3  When using a stencil, the care points shall be marked with an waterproof pen or paint.

(스탠실을 사용하는 경우 관리 항목은 유성펜 또는 유성페인트로 기재한다.)

4.4.4  Marks of product protection : weight balance, wire location, distinguishing between the top

and bottom, cautions for breakage and maintenance of dried status etc.

(제품 보호 표시 : 무게 균형, 와이어 위치, 상단과 하단의 구분, 파손 및 건조상태의 유지의 주의사항 등)

4.4.5  Choose the type of shipping mark according to packing method and size, and attach or mark

on the surface of the packing box.

(포장 방법 및 크기에 따라 화인의 유형을 선택하고, 포장 박스의 표면에 부착하거나 표시한다.)

5. Handling  (취급)

5.1  Before using the handling tools and equipment, make sure that the equipment is working properly.

(취급 도구와 장비를 사용하기 전, 해당 도구와 장비에 이상이 없는지 확인한다.)

5.2  If special equipment or lifting equipment is used, the experienced or trained worker shall be

appointed.

(특수장비 또는 리프팅장비가 사용되는 경우, 숙련자 또는 훈련된 작업자가 선임되어야 한다.)

5.3  When handling, be careful not to damage the surface of the product and to avoid deformations in

dimensions and appearance.

(취급 시 제품의 표면에 손상이 가지 않고, 치수와 모양이 변하지 않도록 주의한다.)

6. Packing Inspection  (포장 검사)

Check if packing was conducted according to the packing procedure, and if a packing list and shipping

mark are different from a packed product, and also if there is any mark error.

(포장 절차에 따라 포장이 수행되었는지, 패킹리스트와 화인이 포장된 제품과 차이가 있는지, 또한 표시에 오류가 있는지 확인한다.)

7. Protection  (보호)

7.1  Ensure that the product is stored in an appropriate location where it is prevented from rust, moisture,

damage, and aging before delivery to the customer.

(제품이 고객에게 인도되기 전까지 녹, 습기, 손상, 노화가 방지되는 적절한 장소에서 보존되도록 한다.)

7.2  If there is a requirement to protect the product from the customer, it shall be followed.

(고객으로부터 제품 보호에 대한 요구사항이 있는 경우 그에 따른다.)
