1. 목적
본 기준서는 계약검토시 고객의 요구사항을 검토.확인하는 기준을 제시하고 그에 따른 업무처리의 범위를 규정하는 데 그 목적이 있다.
2. 적용범위
본 기준서는 계약검토 업무중 고객의 사양을 검토하는 업무에 대하여 적용한다.
3. 검토기준
고객과의 상담 및 주문접수, 계약 등의 업무를 진행하는 영업부서 또는 실무자는 다음의 3.1 항에서 3.8 항까지의 기준에 따라 고객의 사양을 검토하고 확인한다.

4. 검토결과 처리
4.1 검토결과 고객의 사양이 본 기준서와 일치하거나 또는 범위내일 경우에는 영업부 자체에서 검토를 종결한다.
4.2 고객의 사양이 기준서의 범위를 벗어나거나 해당항목이 없을 경우에는 개발실로 개발검토의뢰서를 발행하여 해당사항의 검토를 의뢰하여야 한다.
4.3 본 기준서에 명시되지 않은 사항은 계약검토업무 절차서에 따른다.
